Our retained search service goes beyond full-cycle recruiting with a four-step process:

Step One: Search

  • Fully research the position to include job, performance and success profiles; establish “protected” prospects and clients; and so on
  • Establish guidelines, expectations, schedules and “rules of engagement”
  • Research and identify the best qualified active and passive candidates; establish contact and cultivate interest; systematically screen and assess the candidates to profile
  • Present short-list of finalists to client, schedule meetings and debrief parties
  • Confirm mutual interest and desire to proceed

Step Two: Offer

  • Coordinate reference checks, verify past performance and so on
  • Contact candidates for acceptance of proposed terms and present formal offers
  • Receive candidates’ acceptance and deliver exchanged signed letters of intent
  • Confirm milestones including resignation date, last work day and start date
